Pawprint Physiotherapy is a Chartered Veterinary and Human Physiotherapy service providing assessment and treatment for the equine, canine, feline and human patient. The aim of physiotherapy is to restore and maintain mobility, function and performance as well as relieve pain and discomfort.

Physiotherapy involves a full assessment to identify any problems. Identified problems help the physiotherapist to create treatment goals which are discussed with the owner or patient. A treatment plan is then coordinated between the owner and physiotherapist.
Referrals may be from your veterinary surgeon or by direct contact from yourself. Chartered Veterinary Physiotherapists will obtain veterinary consent before carrying out assessment and treatment. This is a legal requirement of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 in order to protect your animal. Your Veterinary Surgeon will be regularly updated on your animal’s progress as a part of our service.
Working closely with Veterinary Surgeons, Farriers, Dentists, Saddlers and other paraprofessionals, Physiotherapy is part of a multi-disciplinary team that will aspire to restore your companion to full health and fitness.
